  • 450g fresh fettuccine

  • 200g oyster mushrooms, finely chopped

  • 150g brown mushrooms, finely chopped

  • 50ml cream

  • 20g Parmesan, shaved

  • 30ml black truffle oil, plus extra for drizzling

  • 20g fresh black truffles, thinly shaved

Prepare Ingredients:

Finely chop the oyster and brown mushrooms. Shave the fresh black truffles and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

Sauté Mushrooms:

Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté until tender and golden brown.

Cook Fettuccine:

Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Put It All Together:

Add cream to the sautéed mushrooms and cook until slightly thickened. Toss in the cooked fettuccine, ensuring it's well coated. Fold in the fresh black truffles and Parmesan. Drizzle with black truffle oil and serve with additional truffles if desired.
