200g oyster mushrooms, finely chopped

150g brown mushrooms, finely chopped

50ml cream

20g Parmesan, shaved

Finely chop the oyster and brown mushrooms. Shave the fresh black truffles and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté until tender and golden brown.
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
