4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup black truffle oil

1/2 cup truffle mayonnaise

4 brioche buns

1 cup arugula

1 tomato, sliced

1 red onion, thinly sliced

4 slices of Swiss cheese

2 tablespoons truffle honey

2 tablespoons truffle mustard

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and black truffle oil.
3. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
4. Spread truffle butter on the inside of each brioche bun and toast them on the grill or in a pan until golden brown.
5. Spread truffle mayonnaise on both halves of the toasted buns.
6. Place a grilled chicken breast on the bottom half of each bun.
