At Simply Gourmet, we aim to provide reliable and efficient shipping to all our customers. Please find our shipping details below:

Shipping within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA):

• All orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are shipped using a local courier company.

• We strive to ship orders the following business day, unless otherwise agreed upon or confirmed.

Shipping Outside the GTA:

• For destinations outside the GTA, we use reliable carriers such as FedEx or Purolator.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped the following business day after confirmation.

• Cutoff Time for Orders: For all orders outside of the GTA, the last shipping date for the week is Thursday before 3:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following week.

Weekend Delivery:

• Please note that we do not provide weekend delivery. All shipments are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
